Dvojica Dalmatians, are a relatively new name in the breed of Dalmatians. The first dalmatian,Quoykea Katrina came to us in Dec 1996. The affix came about in 1999,with the birth of her first litter.

From that first litter we kept a bitch,Dvojica Standing Ovation (pictured right).

Sophie had 2 litters for us. She now lives with her daughter from her 1st litter in Glasgow with my vet's sister.

From her first litter there was a very nice liver dog,Dvojica Ziggy, he was very nice but was sold as a pet, I didn't realize how nice he was,but it taught me to properly look at a puppy,it was all a learning experience.

Ziggy lives with TV presenter Ross McWilliam and his family where he is the centre of attention. He has a very laid back and calm demeanour. He was the first dog that i bred that i was really proud of. Not only was he beautiful to look at,but his outlook to life was so sensible, my first real attempt at line breeding,he is fathered by Haiths Action Replay(Kaos).

Dvojica Summer Dream, a daughter of Sophie. This picture was taken at 5 weeks old,a day later she was dead. She had been diagnosed with Megaoesophagus,which was quite severe, so the decision was taken to save her any further distress. She would have been my choice from the litter, but i decided to start again with a new bitch from the Haiths kennel.

Shortly after she was 5 months,she injured her shoulder very badly by running into a wall! She damaged growth plates and was shorter in the front than she should have been. However she proved her worth in the whelping box, and gave me 2 lovely litters, and my first champion, Voodoo. Both litters were all hearing ++, just as her own litter had been. Her sister is Oliver's mum,she can be seen on Sugar Daddy's page. Xsara now lives with a new family close by and i still see her regularly.

Son of Prima Donna and brother to Voodoo.I was really pleased that Xsara could produce liver spotted puppies.I always seem to end up with black's, but i really do love liver colouring, i am hoping that Magic will produce me a nice liver bitch, but we will have to wait and see.This boy really impressed me when he matured,but at the time i needed another bitch,if i wanted to breed on.

Despite the youth of Dvojica itself, when looking at the pedigree of Dvojica it’s descent is from what we consider to be some of the most prolific lines of Dalmatians for the past forty years.

With Dalmatians there are significant faults considered within the breed, and with knowledge and understanding of this we have gone with the approach to protect the type and temperament of the breed standard.

It was 2005, however which has made the difference to Dvojica Dalmatians. In this year we made up our first champion,and won the utility group twice.
